97 Ga yau hei si

In this 1997 Hong Kong comedy film, Lo Kung (Stephen Chow), the youngest son of Mr. Lo (Roy Chiao), is treated like a pampered child by his father, much to the annoyance of his two older brothers, Lo Leung (Raymond Wong) and Lo Fei (Francis Ng). To teach Kung a lesson, his brothers stage a elaborate prank on his birthday, convincing him that he has won the lottery, which Kung quickly squanders on a night out with a girlfriend, Gigi (Gigi Lai). When Kung realizes he has never actually won the lottery, he fakes mental disability to avoid trouble, but eventually learns the value of living life to the fullest.
