Educazione siberiana

The film "Siberian Education" (2013) follows two best friends, Kolyma and Gagarin, as they grow up in a community of banished criminals in a forgotten corner of the former Soviet Union. Raised by Kolyma's grandfather Kuzja, who imposes a strict education focused on hatred for Soviet officials, the boys are drawn into a world of crime and conflict when Gagarin is imprisoned and later released. As they navigate their changing world, the ideals of their people are revealed to have collapsed, leading to a conflict between the two former friends.
