During a July 2020 COVID-19 lockdown in London, friends Haley, Jemma, Radina, Emma, Caroline, and Teddy join a virtual séance via Zoom led by the medium Seylan, who emphasizes that they should not disrespect the spirits. As the séance progresses, the group experiences a series of terrifying phenomena, including unexplained events and sightings, which they attempt to explain as pranks or their own imaginations. However, when the spirit becomes more aggressive and begins to invade their homes, the girls realize they might not survive the night.
