Voyage of the Rock Aliens

In the 1984 film "Voyage of the Rock Aliens," Pia Zadora stars as Dee Dee, a singer in high school who catches the eye of an alien named Absid (Tom Nolan). The aliens, led by Absid, search for the source of rock and roll music and encounter Dee Dee, Frankie (Craig Sheffer) and his rock band, The Pack, in the mythical town of Speelburgh, U.S.A. As the aliens try to win Dee Dee's heart, chaos ensues, including encounters with a giant tentacled creature and a crazed killer named Chainsaw (Michael Berryman).
