Pedro, a 70-year-old gay nurse, is taking care of Daniela, his ailing transgender friend. To find her a vacant hospital bed, he decides to help Jean, an arrested and wounded criminal, escape. Pedro abriga the criminal in his home and, as he does, he starts to fall for him. As Pedro navigates his feelings, he also faces the challenges of his situation.
