Indian Navy officer Commander Rustom Pavri (Akshay Kumar) is devastated to learn about his wife's extramarital affair with a rich businessman, Vikram Makhija (Arjan Bajwa). He discovers Vikram's love letters in his wife's cupboard, leading him to confront Vikram, resulting in Vikram's murder. Rustom then surrenders himself but claims to be "not guilty" in court, leading to a 9-member jury trial.
