Jensen Ackles plays Tom Hanniger, a miner who returns ten years after his family and friends were killed in a Valentine's Day massacre. The film follows Tom as he reconnects with his ex-girlfriend Sarah (Jaime King) and faces a new threat when a masked killer emerges, believed by some to be the original Harry Warden who was thought to have died.
