New Year's Eve

The lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwine over the course of New Year's Eve. Claire Morgan (Hilary Swank), vice-president of the Times Square Alliance, is finishing arrangements for the ball drop, while Ingrid Withers (Michelle Pfeiffer) quits her job and offers tickets to Paul Doyle for help with completing her New Year's resolutions before midnight. Meanwhile, Paul's sister Kim struggles to connect with her teenage daughter Hailey as she spends New Year's Eve in Times Square with her boyfriend Seth Anderson.
