In "Open Season 3," Boog accidentally switches places with a lookalike circus grizzly named Doug and falls for Ursa, a female Russian grizzly bear. His best friend Elliot and other animals must rescue him before the circus returns to Russia. Boog bonds with Doug over their feelings of being abandoned by their friends and eventually decides to invite Ursa to live with him in the forest, where they form a new family together.
