Poseidon Rex

In this 2013 horror film, a famous treasure hunter named Jackson Slate is forced to dive for lost Mayan gold in the Great Blue Hole, where he unwittingly awakens a prehistoric predator that can travel on land and in the sea. As the creature, dubbed "Poseidon Rex" by marine biologist Sarah, wreaks havoc on the island and its inhabitants, the group must fight for survival against this deadly amphibious tyrannosaurus. With the help of Sarah and her team, Jackson teams up to take down the Poseidon Rex, but in a battle that will decide the fate of the entire island, only one side can emerge victorious.
