Marilyn Chambers plays Rose, who develops a taste for human blood after experimental plastic surgery and undergoes a deadly transformation that spreads a disease from the Quebec countryside into urban Montreal. As she grows ever more insane, the city is put on red alert. Hart Read (Frank Moore), Dr. Dan Keloid (Howard Ryshpan), and Murray Cypher (Joe Silver) team up with police chief Claude LePointe to discuss the escalating epidemic.
