Alison Peters (Cindy Busby), a lawyer struggling to make ends meet, finds herself in a precarious situation when she rents out her basement on MiCasaSuCasa.com to James Brewer (Marcus Rosner), who has recently split from his wife. As Alison's life becomes increasingly entangled with James', she must also contend with a hostile boss, Brandon, and a murder investigation that puts her own life in danger.
