The Christmas Pageant

Vera Parks (Melissa Gilbert), an overly intense and demanding Broadway director, gets fired from yet another job, leading her to take a gig directing a small town Christmas pageant in upstate New York. Despite initial reservations, Vera warms up to the town's charm and grows close to the locals, including Jack Harmon (Robert Mailhouse), a former fiancé who recommended her for the job, and his young daughter Kristin.
