Ravenous

Capt. John Boyd (Guy Pearce), a US Army captain exiled to a remote military outpost in the Sierra Nevadas, encounters Colqhoun (Robert Carlyle), a sadistic cannibal who has resorted to murdering and consuming his fellow travelers to survive. The fort's Indian scout, George, warns them of the Wendigo myth, which Boyd begins to suspect is true as he witnesses Colqhoun's gruesome behavior firsthand. As the body count rises and Boyd tries to escape, he must confront his own dark impulses and face off against the cannibalistic Colqhoun in a battle for survival.
