Les grandes vacances

In this zany comedy, Louis de Funès plays Charles Bosquier, the dictatorial headmaster of a French school, who sends his misfailing son Philippe (François Leccia) to England as an exchange student. Unbeknownst to Philippe, a fellow student, Michonnet (Maurice Risch), swaps places with him, leading to a series of hilarious misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Philippe meets Shirley (Martine Kelly), Mac Farrell's (Ferdy Mayne) daughter, and they fall in love, leading to a chaotic journey to Scotland for a whirlwind wedding.
