Raymond Rourke (Kyle Hoskins), mentally challenged and wrongfully accused, escapes from a state mental hospital six years after his younger brother Bryce is killed by a group of high school kids he's blamed for the crime. Seeking revenge, Raymond sets out to punish those responsible for his family's tragedy and his own wrongful imprisonment.
