During a pandemic lockdown, KJ Apa's character Nico, a young man with rare immunity, must overcome martial law, murderous vigilantes and a powerful family to reunite with his love, Sofia Carson's character Sara. With the help of his allies, including Craig Robinson's character Lester, Bradley Whitford's character William Griffin, and Peter Stormare's character Emmett Harland, Nico navigates a treacherous world where a mutated virus has turned the government into a fascist police state.
