Waan'oi

Lok, a recovering schizophrenic played by Terrance Lau Chun-Him, yearns for love and falls deeply in love with Yan-yan / Yip Nam, played by Cecilia Choi, a young woman who lives with her abusive father. As Lok and Yan's relationship blossoms, Lok's hallucinations become more frequent, leading to a shocking discovery: Yan may not be real. Lok's therapist, Dr. Fung, is revealed to be a master's student studying erotomania, and she enlists Lok's help for her research.
