Borderline Murder

A young law student, Abby Morgan (Brooke Burns), suspects that her sister, a stripper, may have been murdered. She discovers an illegal network of cross border plastic surgery centers providing crude, but inexpensive cosmetic surgery to young women in the United States, which leads to a kidnapping and theft investigation.
