António Um Dois Três follows António (Mauro Soares) as he attempts to spend the night at his ex-girlfriend's apartment, where he unexpectedly encounters a Brazilian girl. Meanwhile, Johnny (Daniel Pizamiglio), a young light technician, struggles to stage his first theater play in Lisbon with the help of his friend João (João Fiadeiro). The film weaves together three perspectives of the same story, with Débora (Sandra Hung) also making a return, which intersects with the lives of the main characters.
