"Palindrome" is a 2020 film that explores themes of modern Britain, Brexit, and its impact on society, as well as issues of slavery, gentrification, art, love, race, mental health, and politics, through the story of young black man Fred, played by Jumaane Brown, and a love triangle between three matriarchal characters, including Sarah Swain as Anna.
