In the 1985 action-crime film "Lei ting chu chuan", rival diamond smuggling bosses Tiger (Chen Kuan-Tai) and Franco (Wa Lun) engage in a heated conflict over a valuable diamond. Tiger's business partner, Richard Harrison's character Richard, tries to make a deal with Franco, but Tiger responds by sending Philip, a skilled New York assassin, to steal the diamond. Franco, a psychopathic playboy, will stop at nothing to protect his interests.
