All the Vermeers in New York

In the late 1980s New York, a successful stockbroker, Mark (Stephen Lack), falls in love with a French actress, Anna (Emmanuelle Chaulet), at first sight, after she resembles a Vermeer painting. As their romance evolves, Mark's world collides with Anna's, including her roommates, and ultimately, Mark's life is cut short. The film concludes with Anna entering a Vermeer painting, leaving the audience to ponder the missed connections and meanings between these two characters.
