High Anxiety

Dr. Richard H. Thorndyke (Mel Brooks), a psychiatrist with intense acrophobia, goes to work at the Psycho-Neurotic Institute for the Very, Very Nervous, where doctors seem crazier than their patients, and have secrets they're willing to kill to keep. He reunites with Professor Vicktor Lillolman, a past mentor, and meets his new colleagues, including the enigmatic and flirtatious Victoria Brisbane (Madeline Kahn). As Thorndyke tries to navigate his new job and overcome his phobia, he discovers a web of deceit and murder among the institute's staff, led by the sinister Nurse Charlotte Diesel (Cloris Leachman) and Dr. Charles Montague (Harvey Korman).
