It's a Great Feeling

Doris Day plays Judy Adams, a studio commissary waitress and aspiring actress who poses as a pregnant wife to convince Dennis Morgan to sign a contract with Jack Carson's new film. Carson and Morgan then try to make Judy a star, with Carson and Morgan competing over discovering Judy and her romantic attention. Along the way, they concoct a series of schemes to convince the studio's talent scout, Arthur Trent, to offer Judy a role.
