Attenborough and the Giant Dinosaur

Attenborough and the Giant Dinosaur 7.6
David Attenborough narrates the story of the discovery and reconstruction in Argentina of the world's largest-known dinosaur, a brand new species of titanosaur. The fossils date from the Cretaceous period and were found by a shepherd at La Flecha Farm, in the Chubut Province of Patagonia, Argentina. The documentary follows the excavation, research on, and reconstruction of the fossilized skeleton over a period of two years, and explores the unique characteristics of the dinosaur, including its massive size and the presence of carnivorous dinosaur fossils at the site.
