Here Comes Peter Cottontail

Peter Cottontail, a young Easter Bunny, lives in April Valley, where all Easter bunnies live and work. Colonel Wellington B. Bunny names Peter as his successor, but Peter must first prove himself by delivering more eggs than his archrival, Evil Irontail. The contest's rules are ambiguous, leading Peter to try delivering eggs at other holidays, with varying degrees of success. With the help of a French caterpillar and an eccentric peddler, Peter eventually finds a way to deliver his eggs on Valentine's Day, winning the contest and becoming the new Chief Easter Bunny.
