Wai dor lei ah yat ho

In Hong Kong, Cheng Lai-sheung (Josie Ho) works two jobs with the hope of earning enough money to buy her own apartment with a view of the Victoria Harbour. She has an obsession for the Victoria Bay No. 1 high-rise address, originating in a childhood vow that she would one day buy a flat near the harbor. As her father's medical bills become excessive, she allows him to die, using the insurance payment to purchase her dream flat. After obtaining her dream home, Cheng Lai-sheung becomes embroiled in a murderous frenzy, targeting people who live and work in the building she now occupies.
