Victor "Vic" Rosa, a drug dealer in New York City's South Bronx, is offered a chance to go straight by his new friend and Wall Street stockbroker, Jack Wimmer. Thinking this will be his ticket out of the game, Vic agrees to invest $4.5 million with Jack, but soon finds himself double-crossed and forced to seek revenge when Jack disappears with the money. As Vic navigates a complex web of loyalty, betrayal, and violence, he must confront the harsh realities of his past and the true cost of his newfound success.
