The Finest Hour

Two Naval Officers undergoing the rigorous and demanding Navy BUD/s training program clash over time due to their contrasting personalities. Hammer's cocky attitude earns him the scorn of his fellow trainees, while Mazzoli is a natural leader respected by his peers. The two men become friends after being punished in a "military manner," but Mazzoli's romantic interest in Barbara creates tension between them. As they reunite during the Gulf War to rescue their former instructor Bosco, Hammer and Mazzoli put aside their differences to save a fellow SEAL, but ultimately lose themselves when Barbara chooses Hammer over Mazzoli.
