Christine and her friends are driving back from a bachelorette party in Las Vegas when they pick up a hitchhiker named Joe, who is quickly ejected from the vehicle due to his strange behavior. Their RV encounter with a religious police officer goes awry as she bludgeons one of Christine's companions and then attacks Olivia. Meanwhile, serial killer Max Seed returns, bringing his family, including his wife Emily and son Glen, and wreaks havoc on Christine's group.
