In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear destruction, Kenshiro, a powerful and enigmatic fighter wielding the deadly martial art Hokuto Shinken, embarks on a journey to protect the weak and innocent from those who prey on them. With his brother-in-training Raoh now a conqueror known as Ken-oh, the balance of power shifts in the desolate landscape, leading to a series of epic battles between Kenshiro and Raoh. Along the way, he reunites with his long-lost love Yuria, whose fate is intertwined with that of Shin, a rival master of Nanto Seiken style, and the ruthless Jagi, who seeks to tarnish Ken's reputation.
