Merry Christmas Mr. Mo is a 2016 South Korean comedy drama film about Widower and barber Mo Geum-san (Ki Joo-bong), who is terminally ill and wants to make a short film directed by his estranged son Stephen (Oh Jung-hwan) as per his dying wish. The film follows Mo Geum-san's plan to screen his self-made comedy movie based on his own tragic life at the local culture center during Christmas, which also brings together his loved ones.
