Shock Waves

A group of tourists on a small recreational boat encounter aquatic Nazi zombies after trouble with their engine and navigation system goes haywire when they encounter an unusual orange haze. After a hulking cargo ship sideswipes their boat, the group evacuates in a lifeboat and makes for a nearby island, where they discover a rundown hotel and a reclusive old man who seems to recognize them. The old man reveals that he was a Nazi commander in charge of the "Death Corps", a group of zombie soldiers designed to be super-soldiers, and that the zombies have returned, putting the survivors in dire danger.
