The Man Next Door

In the rural town, paroled rapist Eli Cooley (Michael Ontkean) moves in and causes tension among residents, including his brother Dwight Cooley (Sam Anderson). As paranoia sets in, Wanda Gilmore (Pamela Reed), a rehabilitator for convicted offenders, tries to help Eli adjust to life outside of prison. The film explores themes of rehabilitation, neighborhood dynamics, and the complexities of reintegrating into society.
