In a dark and unsettling drama, a young man living on the streets of rural Ohio is recruited by a mysterious figure to join a treatment program in Los Angeles that promises to help him kick his addiction for good. What he learns, however, is that this rehab center is actually a lucrative health insurance fraud ring, enlisting addicts like himself to recruit others - and put their lives at risk. As the stakes rise and Utah becomes embroiled in the scheme, he must confront the harsh reality of his own morality and decide where his loyalty truly lies.
