The Better Angels

In the isolated wilderness of Indiana circa 1817, a young Abraham Lincoln's formative years are shaped by love, tragedy, and hardship. At the side of his beloved mother, Abe learns to work the land from his stern father, but after illness takes her away, he finds a new guardian in his stepmother who pushes for his education and unlocks the potential within him.
