In "Dear Tenant", Mo Tzu-yi stars as Lin Jian-yi, a boy who lives with his Grandma and Mr. Lin, the tenant who cares for him and his Grandma. After Grandma's passing, Lin's uncle returns to Taiwan, only to discover that ownership of their apartment has been transferred to others. As Lin navigates this unexpected change, he also finds love in the form of Wang You-yu (Bai Run-yin), a complicated relationship explored through the lens of psychological romance and themes of homosexuality, euthanasia, and adoption rights.
