A young couple awaiting their first child rent a house from Gerald, a grotty foul smelling man who has secretly installed cameras so as to spy on his new tenants... Little do they know that their marital issues are the least of their problems, as they're about to uncover a sinister plot by their landlord that will test their relationship and their survival.
