Homegrown

Three laborers on a Northern California marijuana plantation become increasingly paranoid when they learn that their boss has been murdered by a helicopter pilot who was flying him to his flourishing weed farm. After grabbing enough crop to cover their losses and hightailing it, the trio - Jack (Billy Bob Thornton), Carter (Hank Azaria), and Harlan (Ryan Phillippe) - team up with go-between Lucy (Kelly Lynch) to negotiate their biggest sale while keeping the murder secret. As they try to keep the business running, they're pursued by corrupt cops, Mafia figures, and a mysterious buyer, leading to a series of escalating misadventures that put their lives at risk.
