Return from Witch Mountain

Tony Eisenmann (Ike Eisenmann) and his sister Tia Kim Richards need a vacation from their life on Witch Mountain, where they have special powers including telepathy and telekinesis. After Uncle Bené drops them off in Los Angeles, Tony is kidnapped by Dr. Victor Gannon and his partner Letha Wedge, who use Tony's powers to commit crimes, while Tia tries to find him with the help of a group of Earthquake Gang kids.
