Warmed-Over Krautrock

Walt (Jim Tavaré), owner of Essential Music, an indie record store in Silver Lake, finds himself nostalgic for his punk-rock glory days as he recounts war stories to younger employees, including Lysette, Chris, and Duane. The film is a comedy about obsessive music enthusiasts and the people they drive crazy with their passion. As Walt's music legacy fades, it's clear that sometimes music just doesn't love you back.
