Billy Elliot

Elliott Hanna stars as Billy Elliot, a talented young dancer from County Durham who faces many trials and triumphs as he strives to conquer his family's set ways and stand on his toes in a musical that questions masculinity, gender norms, and conformity. He is helped by Ruthie Henshall as Mrs. Wilkinson, who recognizes his talent and privately suggests he audition for the Royal Ballet School in London. Billy faces challenges from his abusive father, brother Tony, and their community's strict working-class values, but ultimately finds solace in dance and a potential path to escape his difficult circumstances.
