A married couple, Tae-jun and Soo-yeon, have achieved high status through their exceptional abilities, but they both harbor a strong ambition to climb even higher. They navigate a web of extramarital affairs, corruption, and power struggles in the cutthroat world of Seoul's elite, where the wealthy and powerful will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. In a bold move, Soo-yeon publicly exposes her desires and the corruption within the gallery, liberating herself from her ambitions and elite trappings, while Tae-jun hands over evidence of the conservative party's corruption to a prosecutor, ending their journey up the social ladder.
