My Salinger Year

In 1995, Joanna, played by Margaret Qualley, takes a job at New York's oldest literary agency, where she becomes the personal assistant to literary agent Margaret (Sigourney Weaver), who looks after the interests of reclusive writer J.D. Salinger. As Joanna navigates her new role, she must respond to a large volume of fan mail on Salinger's behalf and gets caught up in the author's life through various encounters and correspondence. Along the way, she discovers the intricacies of literary world and learns about the complexities of relationships and identity.
