Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams

Carmen and Juni Cortez, now full-time agents of the OSS's Spy Kids Division, compete against rival agents Gary and Gerti in a mission to recover a stolen device on a mysterious island filled with hybrid creatures. Carmen and Juni must rely on their wits--and each other--to survive and save the day after their gadgets stop working. With the help of scientist Romero, they uncover the truth behind the island's strange creatures and the stolen Transmooker, ultimately thwarting the plans of Donnagon Giggles, a mad scientist turned OSS director.
