St. Vincent

A young boy named Oliver Bronstein whose parents just divorced finds an unlikely friend and mentor in Vincent MacKenna (Bill Murray), a retired, melancholic Vietnam War veteran living next door. As their friendship deepens, Vincent teaches Oliver valuable life lessons, including how to defend himself from bullies, and helps him navigate the challenges of his mother's divorce and her subsequent struggles with Alzheimer's disease. Along the way, Vincent faces personal struggles, including debt and a serious health crisis, but ultimately finds a new sense of purpose through his bond with Oliver.
