O Menino da Porteira

Diogo (Daniel) is a cowboy who drives a large herd of cattle to the Ouro Fino farm, where he meets Rodrigo (Jottapê), a boy who dreams of becoming a cattle herder. They become friends and witness the injustices in the region due to the greed of Major Batista, the owner of the property. Diogo and Juliana (Vanessa Giácomo), who is Major Batista's daughter, develop an affection for each other amidst the turmoil. As tensions escalate, Rodrigo tragically dies after being trampled by the cattle, leading to a confrontation between the community and Major Batista, resulting in his demise.
