Ana Golja stars as Ariana Berlin, a promising gymnast whose future is shattered by a car accident. After recovering from her injuries and struggling to regain her confidence and movement, Ariana finds an unexpected way to return to the sport she loves: learning hip hop dance through the help of her physical therapy nurse Michelle (Asha Bromfield) and her team's breakdancing troupe.
