In the Joseon Dynasty era, Hak-gyu sings songs and tells stories on the street with his band. When his wife Gan-nan is kidnapped by gangsters, his daughter Cheong loses her eyesight. Hak-gyu travels to search for his missing wife and learns that corrupt noblemen are behind the mob.
